– Researchers working in Bucharest INCDMTM part of the research centre or using the centre facilities to be modernized

– Staff to be employed in CERTIM after its creation / upgrading; their number increases as new projects are developed

– Graduates and PhD students (within or outside the Institute) who will acquire highly qualification working in the created centre, including potential interested researchers in the EU

–  Educational and R&D institutes in Romania and abroad

–  Industry, especially SMEs in the field of measurement and control devices and precision mechanics (dimensional measurement and control devices manufacturers type SME, R&D oriented entities involved in measuring), manufacturers of semi-finished, machined parts (for laboratory equipment for final control of production, and to control the flow of production), producers of consumer goods and domestic use robots (assistance, support, fulfilment of tasks)
