Astfel in centrul CERMISO vor fi puse bazele conceptuale ale sistemelor de tip MIADA (practic o combinatie intre conceptele UAV si RPA controlata de o inteligenta artificiala foarte puternica) avand nu numai o optimizare deosebita in domeniul securitatii si securizarii obiectivelor si a interventiilor dar si cu posibilitati de extindere spre orice alt domeniu unde se doreste utilizarea acestuia. Centrul are in dotare echipamente de prelucrare metla si mase plastice ultramoderne. Proiectul este in plina desfasurare (data de finalizare este sfarsitul lunii iunie 2020) astfel incat centrul CERMISO are marea majoritate a componentelor puse in functiune si sunt deja functionale si operationale. Masina este compusa dintr-o structura robusta si rigida, capabila sa ofere o precizie sustinuta pe termen lung. Makino EDAF2 are o forma compacta prin introducerea rezerborului de lichid dielectric in structura de baza a masinii, fapt ce duce la reducerea necesitatii de spatiu si imbunatateste stabilitatea termica. Stabilitatea termica a masinii de electroeroziune, este imbunatatita si mai mult prin utilizarea sistemului de racire interna a axelor Y si Z, pastranduse astfel o temperature constanta in interiorul masinii.<\/p>\n<p>Toate masinile de electroeroziune cu electrod solid de la Makino, beneficiaza de sistemul revolutionar Hyper-I Control si este aceeasi interfata folosita de Makino si la masinile de electroeroziune cu fir, ceea ce inseamna o standardizare a sistemului de control pentru toate masinile de electroeroziune de la Makino. Unic si modern, sistemul Hyper-i control, reprezinta o schimbare radicala in eficienta operationala si ofera operatorilor o interfata identica, puternica si usor de utilizat atat pentru masini de electroeroziune cu fir cat si pentru masini de electroeroziune cu electrod solid.<\/p>\n<p>Sistemul de control Hyper-I, imbunatateste productivitatea masinilor de electroeroziune prin fluidizarea inteligenta a interfetei astfel incat aceasta sa poata fi folosita eficient de orice operator, indifferent de calificarea acestuia.
